- Section Information
The summary of the benefits available from your section of the Plan is correct as at April 2022.
A full description of the benefits payable from your section is included in the Rules of the Plan. If there are any inconsistencies or conflict between the information in the summary and the Rules, the Rules will override the summary on this website.
When describing the benefits for leavers, the summary sets out the latest position as set out in the Rules. Different benefits may be payable to certain members depending on when someone left the Plan as things can get changed over time by the Company. The benefits which are payable from the Plan need to be in line with the tax rules and legal requirements for pension schemes as they apply from time to time to ensure that you are not affected by unexpected tax charges. The summary reflects the current pensions tax regime and legal framework.
